Access is by invitation from the site owner. It’s meant for the owner’s family and friends to track nutrition, training, recovery, and labs — not for resale, scraping, or any commercial use.
Targets, nudges, coach messages, and anything derived from your data are for general guidance only. They are not medical, nutritional, or fitness advice from a licensed professional. Talk to an actual doctor or dietitian about your health, especially anything involving lab results.
This is built and maintained by one person in their spare time. It’s offered as-is, with no uptime guarantee, warranty, or promise that a given feature will always work the way it does today.
Features may change, break, or be removed, and the app may shut down entirely, without notice. If that happens, you can ask for an export of your data first.
Use your own account for your own data. Don’t try to access another invited person’s information beyond what they’ve explicitly shared with you, and don’t try to abuse, overload, or break the AI features, the integrations, or the hosting they run on.
Ask the person who invited you — they’re also the site owner.
